"Ultra-High-Potency Iron Supplement with Excellent Value"Major Feosol ferrous sulfate tablets are an ultra-high-potency iron supplement containing 65 mg of elemental iron per tablet (325 mg ferrous sulfate). They provide rapid and reliable iron supplementation for individuals with iron deficiency anemia symptoms or significantly increased iron requirements. The large-volume 3-pack format offers excellent cost-effectiveness for long-term use. However, non-heme inorganic iron salts such as ferrous sulfate tend to cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as heartburn or constipation when taken in high doses. Therefore, we recommend that sensitive individuals take the supplement shortly after meals with plenty of water, or consider concurrent use of vitamin C to enhance absorption.
