Expert note

"Totaria Health Eye Healthy - AREDS2 Formula Assessment"This is Totaria Health's Eye Healthy product. It satisfies the AREDS2 formula and received the highest score in terms of supporting ingredients. The AREDS2 formula refers to supporting ingredients that provide significant benefits to macular health when taken together with lutein, and it is difficult to find products that meet these specifications. Additionally, this is an excellent product that maintains a 5:1 ratio with zeaxanthin and contains an appropriate amount of astaxanthin. One important note: the product description states to take 2 capsules per serving, but since the recommended amount is 20 mg per capsule, taking only 1 capsule per serving is the appropriate dosage that also improves ease of use. This is a recommended product with excellent active and supporting ingredients.
